摘要：
In order to explain the dynamic mechanism of the environmental policies and industrial restructuring, we use panel data of China's 30 provinces from 1999-2011 and pursue Unit Root test and Granger causality test. The result shows that industrial restructuring is the one-way Granger cause of pollution abatement ratio, while investment policies of the environment are the one-way Granger cause of industrial restructuring. It indicates that industrial restructuring is an active factor in pollution abatement, and that investment policies of environment can positively impact industrial restructuring.
