摘要
Optically active. propargylic alcohols are important building blocks for the synthesis of various kinds of compounds with potentials and there are many methods to synthesize them. Usually, they can be prepared by asymmetric reduction, asymmetric 1,2-addition, kinetic resolution, 2,3 sigma-rearrangement, elimination or reductive cleavage of optically active acetylenic acetals. The ee values and chemical yields are good.
