Hydrothermal synthesis and characterization of hexagonal and monoclinic neodymium orthophosphate single-crystal nanowires

摘要
Hexagonal and monoclinic NdPO4 nanowires about 5-50 nm in diameter and up to several micrometers long were prepared through hydrothermal reaction in 100degreesC and 220degreesC, respectively. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoclectron spectra (XPS), and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). Furthermore, both the temperature and the pH value influence on the products were investigated. (C) 2003 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
