摘要：

New indole trifluoromethyl derivatives have been synthesized using the reaction of indole derivatives with different 2,2,2-trifluoro-N-arylacetimidoyl chlorides in the presence of NaH as a base in acetonitrile at room temperature under an N-2 atmosphere. The FT-IR, F-19 NMR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, COSY and HMBC spectra and elemental analysis confirm the structures of the products. (C) 2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
