摘要
In order to improve excitation signal of temperature sensor calibration system based on laser, an approach to laser homogenization is established. The homogenization principle, laser attenuation measurement, temperature change in the laser spot, and its uniformity of excitation signal in the system are studied and analyzed. The experimental results show that the laser can be effectively homogenized by use of imaging micro lens array, and the uniformity deviation is about 9.3%. The laser can be attenuated via wedge prism to 0.51% of its power with approximately same distribution. It is verified that uniformity of excitation temperature signal in the system can be improved.
