Electrochemical Determination of Selected Heavy Metals in Edible Mushrooms Using Carbon Paste Electrode after Wet Digestion of Sample

摘要
This study deals with determination of copper and lead in edible mushrooms by electrochemical stripping analysis onto carbon paste electrode. Optimal wet digestion (WD) mineralization of sample is proposed as following: boiling (2 hrs) in mixture of HNO3:HClO4 (1: 3). Copper level could be determined right after WD and its concentration level in analysed samples was found in the range: 21.2 - 40.6 mu g/g. Determination of lead was possible after removing copper interfering influence by adding ferrocyanide anion and its concentration level in analyzed samples was found in the range: 0.45 - 1.6 mu g/g.
