摘要
In this article, an inverted-F antenna with parasitic element is proposed. The antenna is composed of an inverted-F element which is consist of two branches, a parasitic element, and a ground plate, where these lie in the same plane of the subplate. The size of the proposed antenna is 59mm in length and 10mm in width which bandwidths can cover the global system for mobile communication (880-960MHz), digital communication system (1710-1880MHz), personal communication system (1850-1990mhZ), and universal mobile telecommunication system (1920-2170MHz) bands for the criterion of VSWR = 3. The antenna is suitable for wireless handsets or some other mobile wireless communication devices. Details of the proposed design, and simulation and measurement results are presented.
