摘要
With a vision of cultural dimension theory of Geert Hofstede, this paper analyses the administrative ethics in both China and America and makes a comparison, in order to reach the following two conclusions. First, it tries to verify the hypothesis that the culture of a nation may exert profound impact on its administrative ethics by seeking for the interrelation between these two cultures and their administrative theories. Second, through comparing the merits and demerits of the administrative ethics in the two nations, the author, adopting the views of theory of Geert Hofstede, lists out some constructive practices that American administrative has conducted successfully Within its own border which China could learn from, may carry out on its homeland and gain an attending achievement.
