摘要：

Safety management in construction project plays an important role, and risk management is the most important annulus of safety management. This paper is based on the construction project as the research object, incorporating the risk management in the management of the construction project. Risk identification, risk analysis, risk disposition and risk monitoring are discussed in this paper, and a theoretical and practical reference for the risk management of our country's construction project is provided.
