摘要
An efficient one pot L-proline catalyzed multicomponent synthesis of 2,3-dihydro-(1H)-quinazolinones has been achieved involving isatoic anhydride, aldehyde and amine or ammonium acetate in water under microwave. The use of L-proline, water and MW has promising reaction response, such as environmentally benign conditions, short reaction time, excellent product yields, and simple work-up of the products.
