摘要
A series of (E)-Styrylamidines labeled with carbon-14 in the 1-position, were prepared from (E)-3-aryl-acrylonitrile-[cyano-C-14] as a key synthetic intermediate which has been synthesized from E-beta-aryl-vinyl iodides and zinc [C-14]-cyanide in the presence of tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium.
