摘要
The physical education in ordinary universities possesses special superiority in training student's abilities of innovation. By transforming their ideas, it will develop their independent ability, and through migrating skill knowledge, it can improve the teaching methods and suitably change the traditional physical education ways. In the tactical teaching and training, it will train their innovation in tactics. According to questions in modern physical training, take the flaws in track and field teaching for example, we proposed that training the innovative ability in track and field teaching, improving students synthetic equality, acquiring the life physical culture consciousness will raise national innovation spirit and creative talents. Due to the influence of traditional education, Chinese students are weak in innovative quality. In order to make China stand at the invincible position in the intense international competition, we must pay more attention to raise the nationality innovative ideology and creation. In the view of physical education, this article mainly illustrates how to raise student's innovation quality.
