The case report demonstrates the value of multslice computed tomography for stent imaging and detection of an in-stent stenosis in an infant with pulmonary atresia and ventricular septal defect after stent placement in the right pulmonary artery after biventricular repair. (c) 2006 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
