摘要：

With pertinence to the needs of the special emphasis by the specialty of telecommunications in current poly technique schools on the elevation of the students practical competence as well as the elevation of the capacities for their serving the society, this Paper proposed a kind of "remote control+remote virtual" mode telecommunications technique online training platform system, thus greatly elevating the efficacies of the students' practice training and strengthening of the social service function.
