摘要
Hydrophilic nanoreserviors were embedded into polymeric micro/nanoparticles (NP) to compartibilize polar molecules with hydrophobic matrixes. The results show that in the absence of reverse polymeric micelles (RM), nanaospheres display a glass transition temperature at 46.1 °C. The RMs are regularly distributed within the nanosphere films and the embedded dried RMs have a diameter of 41∓3 nm, collaborating to a micelle size of 0.06. The characteristics of nanospheres containing increasing concentration of RMs and loaded with various polar guest molecules display a spherical morphology similar to the dye-free blank NPs. In vitro release profiles of congo red (CR)-loaded NPs, examined at increasing RMs concentration, shows that approximately 90% of the CR is released in a sustained manner over 20 days period.
