摘要
This paper proposed a modified Full-Duplex Relay (FDR) based on Block Diagonalization (BD) over Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output (MIMO) channel. Two operating modes are considered for two FDR scenarios to achieve capacity and Bit Error Ratio (BER) improvement over the conventional FDR with BD. Geometric Mean Decomposition (GMD) is employed instead of Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) used in conventional BD method, which simplifies the computation of power allocation process significantly. The employment of GMD also obtains a further improvement over BER performance. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm compared to conventional FDR.
