摘要
In this paper, we introduce a novel triple-layer cathode composed of our lately discovered porous material (ET68) and the prior double-layer LiF/Al cathode. ET68 has a superior electron injection/ transport property, which is attributed to its unique nanocrystalline framework. By integrating with techniques, such as p-doped transport system, phosphorescent emitters, a very bright, low power and stable organic light-emitting device could be consequently obtained.
