摘要
From the research perspective of service innovation, this paper especially focuses on four dimensions of health care service innovation: service pattern, service organization, technology platform and service value. Firstly, with the background of internet+ medical, based on the analysis of survey data of patients with chronic diseases in clinic of Huaxi Hospital, we summarize the subjective and objective service demands of internet+ chronic disease management. Secondly, relying on Internet technology, we construct a service network circle and a pattern of service supply, which are satisfying the service demand. Thirdly, according to existing medical environment, we design subjects and their functional assignment of a service organization. Finally we discuss the operation suggestions that how the service network creates service value and service viscosity in Internet situation. Through the case study of Internet+ medical in Huaxi Hospital, we analyze the response process of service pattern and organization to patients' demands, which is based on value co-creation, and achieve the three key routes of service innovation in Internet health care.
