摘要：
The aim of this work is to study the dynamical behavior of a diode laser subject to optical feedback, using a Lang-Kobayashi model. At steady state, the effect of the optical feedback on threshold gain, on the oscillation frequencies and on the monomode operation will be shown. The light versus current characteristics for different amounts of optical feedback is given by using numerical simulations of the theoretical model.
