摘要
In general, project planning tools have been highly useful to reaching our objectives, including those related to project control and follow-up, which are fundamental to planning. Users want these tools to be useful to the success and completion of their projects. Regardless of their size, all projects require time, resources and the simplification of processes. Even the simplest ones can be better organized by the use of project management software. Therefore, a search was conducted for project control and follow-up software, resulting in "Microsoft Project" software showing greater advantages over other programs assessed. The selected software was used for the management of the project "National Hydraulic Description and Diagnosis" and the results indicate that using this software improves project control and makes it possible to perform immediate adjustments when needed.
