Study on the Construction of the Risk Early Warning System of Grassland Tourism Environment

The prestigious Inner Mongolia prairie is an important part of Eurasia steppe. It is the largest natural pasture of China and has more than half of the key grasslands. Grassland tourism becomes the main promoting tourism brand of Inner Mongolia and a new economic growth point. The environmental problems generated in the process of tourism development and operation keep emerging. This paper emphasizes that the environmental risk brought by grassland tourism cannot be ignored and the risk early warning assessment of grassland tourism environment is imperative. By looking for the relation between satellite remote sensing interpretation data and the impact of tourism on environmental factors, this paper does the estimation and early warning of the deterioration trend of the grassland tourism associated with the interference of climate factors. The feasibility demonstration from the perspective of system construction is conducted. Finally the design concept of the risk early warning system of grassland tourism environment is proposed. Then, this paper explains the risk early warning system of grassland tourism environment's purpose and significance, system design plan, system function structure and discusses the key and difficult in the process of implementing the risk early warning system.
