RESOURCE EFFICIENCY IN THE CONTEXT OF GREEN ECONOMY

In Romania the resource efficiency policies are connected with the sustainable development. Important element of The National Development strategy is effective and optimum utilization of the natural resource base. But to find an model adapted to the peculiarities of national development require a reconfiguration of competitiveness base, and an active collaboration between all actors. In this context, the article examines Romania's situation and propose solutions in order to promote a sustainable competitive by creating a stable environment with flexible structures, economically adapted to promote resource efficiency.
