摘要
Studies devoted to the problem of chondrogenesis process regulation and cartilage tissue cellular engineering remain at present topical problems, taking into account the increase in the prevalence of osteodegenerative orthopedic diseases. We analyzed the data available in the literature on studies of molecular changes of cartilage tissue in osteoarthritis (OA). The key words were used to search for data in international and Russian databases. A total of 40 sources on suitable themes were selected. Many biological regulators have been identified with the analysis of their inclusion possibility in osteo- and chondrogenesis. The study of OA biomarkers as well as the chondrogenesis regulation by various molecules seems to be a future in cellular cartilage engineering technology.
