摘要
Mesoporous Si-MCM41 supported sulfated zirconia was prepared, characterized and tested for etherification of C-6 olefins to ethers. It is found that Supported sulfated zirconia exhibits high activity than unsupported sulfated zirconia and the property of the support influences the catalytic behavior. S-ZrO2/Si-MCM41 presents higher activity than other forms of silica supported sulfated zirconia. Investigations also show that the catalytic activity varies with the preparation method and reaction conditions.
