摘要：

Evaluation and warning of human resource management risk can reduce potential risk in engineering management. On the basis of consulting a lot of relevant reference and investigating projects, it was built that evaluation index system and warning model of project human resource management with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and classification and genetic analysis of project human resource management risk. The research data and analysis result can give a warning, which help organization to take effective pertinent measures, and avoid or reduce loss brought by human resource management risk to a greater extent.
