摘要：

A SoC used as an embedded instrument controller (EINC) and the measurement network architecture are designed in this paper. The SoC of EINC is the core of the measurement network. In order to connect common digital instrument to Internet or LAN, the EINC is necessary. With a EINC, the common digital instruments Without network function Could be connected together and operated through Internet or instrument local access network (LAN). The safety problem should be taken care to keep the network and instrument operation in normal way. To deal with the safety problem, two rules should be obeyed, one is pertinence rule of instrument communication, and the other is real time and capability rule.
