摘要
The vulnerabilities of emergency management of some depot waiting room are studied in five subunits. 21 vulnerable indicators are graded by experts through Fault Tree Analysis. The influencing factors and rules of exiting vulnerabilities are analyzed by using Principal Components Analysis. The simulation model of vulnerabilities is developed by ANYLOGIC to simulate emergency evacuation of pedestrians in fires, displaying that those vulnerabilities, such as vulnerable groups, seats position and pedestrian' loads, etc, are key factors to prolong total evacuation time and aggravate casualty. Lastly, proper countermeasures are also achieved by simulation model for the emergency evacuation in depot waiting room, so vulnerability analysis on the emergency management plans in waiting rooms provides a new quantitative assessment method for developing and evaluating emergency response system, and simulation of some parameters is conducive to comprehensively and systematically supervise waiting room of the security situation and emergency management capabilities.
