摘要：

With the constant development of meteorological technology, China has some new requirements for meteorological personnel training mode. Currently, the meteorological bureau leads meteorological distance training and has made some progress. However, there are still some problems. This paper attempts to apply 3G mobile technology in meteorological remote training, raises a new model to solve the problems. The result of this research shows the implementation of the meteorological mobile education services based on mobile mode and its performance analysis.
