摘要
The essential oils obtained by steam distillation from the leaves and flowers of Colquhounia coccinea Wall. were analyzed by GG and CC/MS. A total of 96.8% and 93.7% of the constituents were identified in the leaf and flower oils, respectively. Both the oils were dominated by sesquiterpenoids. beta-Caryophyllene (44.1-53.2%), germacrene D (7.0-15.8%), cadina-1-4-diene (11.1-12.4%), germacrene D-4-ol (1.8-12.2%), alpha-humulene (3.7-8.7%) and caryophyllene oxide (1.0-5.7%) were identified as the major constituents in both oils.
