摘要：
The primary insertion of osseointegrated dental implants into the free osteoseptocutaneous fibula flap for reconstruction of segmental mandibular defects provides a single stage procedure to achieve full oral rehabilitation in selected patients. A technique is described which utilises a waxing screw to facilitate the precise placement of osseintegrated implants to achieve an accurate interarch relationship during surgery.
