摘要
This communication considers a small sample of the work that we are doing in order to develop an analytical model that allows us to understand the socio-organizational construction of the occupational hazard in the portuguese organizations. We tried to highlight the characteristics of the analytical model as well its methodological assumptions, and some results that are possible to achieve with is application. To demonstrate these results we used one of the case studies that are being developed. The case study selected was a company of the metalworking industry. Not all results provided by the analysis model have been analyzed, given the volume of analytical elements that the model mobilizes, were privileged structural and procedural factors that contribute to the specification of the organizational culture of safety and health of the organization mentioned. Despite the data presented being scarce to show the full potential of the model developed, we believed to have been able to show how it serves to understand how organizational culture of safety and health at work set up from the objective directions and conditions of work and from the different ways how actors perceive, reflect and (re) produce them.
