摘要
The German Standing Committee on Vaccination (STIKO) at the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) is an independent advisory group responsible for the development of recommendations to prevent infectious diseases and associated complications important to public health (in the public interest) through population-based vaccination programs. In addition, the recommendations provide guidance on which vaccinations are indicated for specific risk situations and give comprehensive information on the implementation of vaccination and assistance with pain reduction when carrying out vaccinations. This article describes the current recommendations of the STIKO and the most important innovations. In addition, recommendations currently valid in Austria are described and differences to the German recommendations are depicted.
