摘要:
Primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas comprise a group of rare, malignant lymphoproliferative B-cell disorders, and data on their treatment and prognosis are limited. Various treatment strategies emerged from our analysis, including the "watch and wait" approach (after initial surgical excision), topical steroids, radiation, and rituximab with or without chemotherapy, which led to a high overall response rate for all histologic types. The clinical suspicion of primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas requires the exact classification of the lymphoma subtype to optimize therapeutic choice and, in essence, patient outcomes.
