摘要
The paper presents two methods that support quality-oriented process control which are based on elements of intelligent data processing like self-learning and fuzzy inference. They provide additional information about process safety and enable the human to operate the process with more comfort and safety. They allows also to optimise the efficiency of statistical process control.
