摘要
This paper discusses coal mine safety production situation and strategy. The safety situation of our coal mine is very serious, the death toll remains high, and great accidents occur frequently, etc. According to statistical data, this paper analyzes the safety situation of coal mining enterprises of our country and the US, refers to the foreign coal mining enterprises' safety production experience, and proposes corresponding countermeasures including: coal mine safety culture construction, establish and improve coal mine safety system safeguard system and coal mine safety production technical guarantee system, etc.
