摘要
The compact spinning with pneumatic groove were investigate. According to the test results, discuss the effects of parameters of air force and the size of bead ring on the yarn quality by changing the negative values and the size of bead spinning were discussed, and the optimal parameters of the negative pressure and the wire ring were choosed. The results showed that there were some differences in the ring spinning and compact spinning, especially in line hairiness, strength and evenness. The compact yarn had less hairiness, compact structure, smooth evenness, with the increasing negative pressure, the structure more compact.
