Paying Attention to Rural Spirit and Soft Power, Promoting the Level of New Countryside Construction

The concept of soft power has received more and more attention in recent years. For countryside, which has been regarded as the origin of human civilization, soft power construction is very important, reflecting it's "energy, vigor and spirit". Rural spirit, as an integral part of rural cultural soft power, is a deep social consciousness, which plays a crucial role in guiding and supporting the role of radiation in comprehensive construction of countryside. To improve rural cultural soft power, measures must be taken on spiritual civilization: working around the center, reaching the funder mental aim of "for center"; focusing on the reality, reflecting the "pragmatic" at key point; tracking on the mechanism, realizing the requirement of "institutionalization".
