摘要
For the foggy roadway in the coal mine, when the image were obtained by video there will exist many problems such as blur, low resolution and not obvious smoke contour caused by the reflection of coal dust and water vapor, which will affect the accuracy of video smoke detection. In this paper, a novel image enhancement method based on dark primary color prior and CLAHE algorithm has been presented. This algorithm uses one search method based on the quad-tree subdivision and according to the special condition of underground to seek atmospheric light, then combined with CLAHE algorithm to enhance the image. The experimental results show that the image obtained by this algorithm will suite for human vision and video smoke detection requirements better for its real, natural and clear smoke outline.
