摘要
It can be found on the basis of the investigation about overseas research and domestic practice that performance appraisal is difficult to get satisfied result because of its multidimensional and dynamic traits. Inquiry questionnaire method has been used in this paper to establish index system of manager performance appraisal. The factor is constituted according to diversity arrangement using AHP, forming a multiple arrangement analysis structural model, every arrangement of factors relativity significance is given quantization description according to subjective judgment to objective things. Then we build rational, quantitative, all-round manager performance appraisal index system.
