摘要
IL-17-expressing CD4(+) T cells have been recently recognized as a new subset of Th cells, namely Th17 cells. Considerable progress has been made in understanding the developmental regulation of mouse Th17 cells. Here, I summarize this knowledge and discuss on the relationship of Th17 with regulatory and follicular helper (Th17) cells.
