摘要
In this article, the design and analysis of a CPW-fed UWB antenna with dual band-notched characteristics are presented. The measured bandwidth defined by VSWR <2 of the proposed antenna is from 2.8 to 11.7 GHz, except the bandwidths of 3.35-4.35 GHz for WiMAX and C-band satellite communication, together with 5.2-5.9 GHz for WLAN. Moreover, this novel monopole antenna exhibits a nearly omnidirectional radiation pattern in the H-plane and a dipole-like radiation pattern in the E-plane. (C) 2009 Wiley periodicals, Inc.
