摘要
The ability to form In2O3 with various shapes is of great interest in a number of areas. In this paper, we report the nano-particles, nono-rods and nano-wires of In2O3, formed by means of co-precipitation method and thermal evaporation method. Both nano-particles and nano-rods with diameters of similar to 100 nm have been synthesized by a co-precipitation method using the InCl3 and NH4OH. The nanowires with 2 mu m length and 100 nm width of In2O3 were synthesized by using the thermal evaporation technique. (C) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
