APPLICATIONS OF TIME-SERIES HESITATION FUZZY SOFT SETS IN GROUP DECISION MAKING

Time-series hesitation fuzzy soft sets had been fully applied to decision making problems. In the decision-making with time change, the growth trend was more important than the initial amount. The trend increment method could only consider the data of the time slice closest to the current time segment. and could not consider more historical data. The time weight method couldn't reflect the increase or decrease of each time period. This paper proposed a new decision-making method for processing time-series hesitation fuzzy soft sets. Therefore, the time-weighted trend increment method proposed in this paper avoided these shortcomings. This method can show the importance of the increase and decrease, while taking into account the impact of time attributes on decision making. And it was applied in group decision making, and the practicability of the method was verified by an example.
