摘要：
The Command and Data Handling System of the Midcourse Space Experiment provides spacecraft control and data collection, formatting, and onboard storage. It has embedded encryptors and decryptors to ensure communication security during the mission. The Command and Data Handling System also maintains onboard time and performs autonomy rule checking of housekeeping data for fault protection.
