摘要
We present a theoretical and computational investigation of resonant electron transport in GaAs/AlAs superlattices in the presence of electric and magnetic fields applied along the direction perpendicular to the interfaces. Our calculation focuses on the form of the velocity-electric-field curve in the region of increasing Wannier-Stark localization. We find that the current flow is strongly modulated by a subtle interplay of Stark cyclotron resonance and optical-phonon resonance. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
