摘要
With the rapid changes of market of 21st Century, quality and service will become the main way for competition in future. On the other hand, due to the strong demand for customers' personality. we must design a way for product's design, which is aimed at customers' demand. QFD (Quality Function Deployment). as a way like that, has made great success in manufacture industry. Software development is also thought as a special manufacture procedure. Moreover, it demands stronger personality, especially in the field of management software. The article thinks that we can apply the way of QFD in the procedure of software development. Aimed at customers' demand, we will make the products with better quality and more satisfaction with customers' demand. Firstly, we make an introduction about the basic definition and principle. On this basis, we give the feasibility and practical way for QFD, which is applied in software development. The idea of this article is of great meaning on theory and practice for improving products' quality and customers' satisfaction.
