摘要
[Objective] To solve the problems of the current equipment development system such as lack of top- level planning, overall argumentation and inadequate design, small scope of assessment, obvious randomness, and lack of systematicness, carry out demonstration of equipment effectiveness evaluation. [Methods] Based on the method of system engineering, established the verification space, demonstration model and consistency check of equipment effectiveness evaluation, and analyzed the process of equipment effectiveness evaluation. [Results] The equipment effectiveness evaluation can be used to guide the development planning of equipment, from the top level planning application system construction ideas and comprehensive integration method steps, and to lay the foundation for the establishment of technology methods of the special equipment effectiveness evaluation and implementation route of the equipment improvement.
