Microsurgical tissue transfer may provide reconstructive option for extensive loss of tissues due to upper extremity trauma or tumor resection. This article reviews the authors’ experience in using microsurgical tissue transfers for reconstruction of upper extremity trauma. © 2020 Elsevier Inc.
