Yunnan Informatization Level Measurement and Analysis of Its Contribution on Economic Growth

According to the experience of developed countries, promoting industrialization by informatization not only can improve products' level and quality, but also could upgrade the production environment, reduce consumption on enemy and raw material, and increase economic benefit. The government and people pay more attention on how many contributions have been made by informatization level on economic growth in Yunnan. At the beginning, this paper estimates the informatization level in Yunnan by informatization index determination. Then, it analyzes the contribution of informatization development level of Yunnan on economic growth through regression analysis modeled in improved Cobb-Douglas production function. At last, it gives some suggestions on how to improve the informatization level of Yunnan and promote economic growth.
