摘要
The neurorehabilitation issues in post stroke patients are reviewed. The significance of the phenomenon of neuroplasticity underlying the recovery from brain injury is emphasized. Special attention is paid to the sensorimotor integration in the normal brain and in CNS pathology and to the role of afferentation in the recovery of motor disorders. The principles of restorative therapy in patients after stroke are discussed.
